Dumbbell Push Press Technique


WOD

In teams of two, with only one partner working at any given time, and partners alternating each full round, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Jumping Lunges (5 each leg)
5 Dumbbell Push Press
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs

WARM DOWN

Walk it off! Don't go for the sweat angel. End the session with banded floor hamstring stretches.
