WOD Class, 11/9/13

"Barbell Baby"
In teams of three, complete five rounds each of:
- 400M Run or 500M Row
- 20 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24"/20")
- 30 Shoulder to Overhead (75#/55#) - bar never touches the ground once we hit 3-2-1 Go.



All athletes may be working at the same time. Athletes start at different stations and only advance after all teammates have completed their respective station.

Barbell is transitioned from one teammates shoulders to the next. Do not set it down. The barbell remains aloft for this entire workout. Hold it in the front rack until the next person is ready to relieve you if you finish before they have.

PENALTY: Anytime the barbell does touch the ground in this workout. All teammates stop their work and do 10 penalty burpees before returning to work.
