In teams of two, each athlete completes their rep requirement for each movement before the team moves to the next movement working through the following:
- Box Jumps (24" box)
- Jumping Pull-ups
- Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)
- Walking Lunges
- Knees to Elbows / V-Ups / Sit-ups
- Push Press (45#/33#)
- (Back Extensions) Good Mornings (45#/33#) / Supermans
- Wall Balls (20#/14#)
- Burpees
- Double Unders
NOTE: Rep Requirements are as follows
- 40 Reps: STL & ICE Competitor Class Members
- 30 Reps: STL & ICE WOD Class Members & Guest regular CrossFitters
- 20 Reps: Non-CrossFitting Guests
(This workout is called "The Filthy Fifty" and is normally completed by one athlete working alone, performing 50 reps of each movement.)
