STRENGTH & SKILL

For 28 minutes, pick 3 weaknesses and work on them (Work for 30 seconds or less and rotate between movements every 2 minutes - 4 rounds):



  • Pistols
  • Muscle Ups
  • Double Unders
  • Hand Stand Push-Ups
  • Hand Stand Walks
  • V-Ups
  • Toes-to-Bar

WOD

6 Minutes (Scoring Total Box Jump Reps)
  • Max Box Jumps (24/20)
  • EMOM you must stop and do 3 Burpees
(Step ups allowed, Step downs required due to today's volume on the box. Full hip extension on the top of the box required.)
